Rebooko Terms of Service

Updated 12 June 2026

Rebooko is a SaaS software service for service businesses. It helps manage online booking, public booking pages, teams, services, availability, notifications and customer accounts.

Rebooko is operated by Gridlim s. r. o., Fabrická 1538/3, 949 01 Nitra, Slovenská republika, IČO: 57028486, DIČ: 2122542158. Support and business questions: support@rebooko.com / +421 948 332 477.

Rebooko is not a marketplace and does not provide the local services booked by end customers. Hair, wellness, fitness, education, repair or other local services are provided by the individual business.

Polar Checkout, when used, is used only for the Rebooko SaaS subscription paid by a business to Gridlim s. r. o.; it is not used for end-customer payments for business services.

Using the service

  • The service may be used by a person or company that creates and manages a business, services, team and public booking profile.
  • The user is responsible for accurate prices, opening hours, availability, text, photos, business information and data published through Rebooko.
  • We may improve, change or extend Rebooko over time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid use.

Accounts, roles and security

  • The business owner is responsible for account access. Access credentials should not be shared outside the authorized team.
  • Owners and admins can manage staff roles, customer data, billing and business settings according to in-app permissions.
  • Superadmin access is separate from normal sign-in and is used only for support, audit, claim flows, security and production settings.

Subscriptions, prices and payments

Rebooko subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly according to the selected plan. Public pricing is shown excluding VAT and local taxes and is a flat subscription without commission on bookings; Rebooko does not charge a percentage of the business service value.

Yearly billing gives 12 months of access for the price of 10 months. Current public plans are Start at 8 € per month or 80 € per year, Plus at 15 € per month or 150 € per year, and Pro at 25 € per month or 250 € per year.

The final checkout amount may include VAT, GST, sales tax or another local tax based on the country, billing details and customer type. When payment for the Rebooko SaaS subscription is made through Polar Checkout, Polar Software, Inc. acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Polar may collect payment for that subscription, issue an electronic receipt or invoice, process taxes and manage the payment method under its own terms.

Gridlim s. r. o. is the supplier and licensor of the Rebooko software. The right to use Rebooko is governed by these terms as the supplier agreement for the product.

Polar checkout and recurring billing

  • Before payment is confirmed, checkout should show the product, price, currency, renewal frequency, cancellation process and that charges recur until the subscription is cancelled.
  • After successful payment for the Rebooko SaaS subscription, Polar sends an electronic confirmation. The business can manage billing through Polar Customer Portal, the receipt link or Rebooko billing once the portal link is connected in the app.
  • If a price or plan changes, the new terms apply only according to the rules shown during plan change or subscription renewal.

Subscription billing and customer payments are separate

Rebooko subscription billing is a payment between the business and Gridlim s. r. o. for software access. Payments made by end customers for business services are a separate domain and are not part of the Polar Merchant of Record flow.

Rebooko does not act as a marketplace, payment facilitator or money transmitter between an end customer and a business. If customer payments are enabled in the future, they will use a separately approved provider and the rules of the individual business, not the Polar Checkout used for Rebooko subscriptions.

Prohibited use and Polar rules

  • Rebooko must not be used for spam, phishing, fraud, malicious code, security bypassing or unauthorized processing of personal data.
  • A business must not offer illegal services, misleading prices, third-party text/photos without rights or content that violates third-party rights.
  • If Rebooko subscriptions or add-ons are sold through Polar, the user must also comply with the Polar Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity includes content or conduct that violates law, third-party rights, restrictions on hate, violence, fraud or financial exploitation.
  • If abuse is suspected, we may restrict an account, disable public booking, request additional information or terminate the service.

Availability, support and liability

We provide Rebooko with reasonable care. Online services may still have planned maintenance, supplier outages or errors, which we will address without undue delay.

We are not responsible for the local services provided by businesses, their quality, customer communication, working procedures, licenses or data entered into Rebooko.

Termination

You can cancel a subscription at any time under the refund and cancellation policy. After termination, account access may be limited to data export, accounting and legal obligations.

For serious breach of terms, security risk or unpaid billing, we may suspend or terminate the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union law. If a customer has a separate signed agreement with Rebooko, the signed agreement takes precedence in case of conflict.
